I'm thinking of putting a kartboy sticker on the back of my VW GTI. Thoughts? :D

Had the tires rotated and an alignment done. Paid the lifetime alignment one time fee of 185 because I plan to have it realigned again after new suspension so they will do it for free instead of having to pay around 80.00 each time.
I've got my appointment made for my 30,000 mile maintenance. They want about 650 coinage for the whole shebang. I've already changed the plugs and plug wires, so really it just needs fluid changes. While its there i'm going to have the rear seat belt recall addressed and the hard up and down shifting addressed as well Sent from my SCH-I405 using Tapatalk 2 Last edited by 2010subieforester; 11-28-2012 at 01:32 PM. |

Re-wired my Hella Supertones, which I wired in Series... Took me a few minutes.
1) Remove the ground splice from the first horn (which is the 2nd horn ground) 2) Add a piece of wire to the 2nd horn ground (wire was already exposed!) 3) Ground it at the same place I grounded the first one.

Put on STI BBS wheels with snow tires, neighbor gave me a free oem Subaru tow hitch with wiring, and just hit 450 miles on the rebuild motor with CP 9:1 pistons and VF30. Tuning the car this weekend :-)

Waiting on parts. Sure have thought about it plenty. I'm really not liking being down to one vehicle at the moment, especially one that only gets 13MPG.

Got my car back from the dealership after some warranty work and had them throw stock rims back on with Blizzak WS70's yesterday. On my way to the Pocono's in Penn. Kinda missing my loaner, I had got an F150(They didn't have a loaner car so they had to rent me one from enterprise) but then again getting 12mpg on a road trip is never fun

Got my first oil change done at the dealer. Syn blend oil change, tires rotated, fluids toped off and brakes checked. Not bad for under $55. They had a coupon.

I installed the winter tire/wheel package today, General Altimax Arctics on steel wheels, I painted the wheels silver with Rust-Oleum, let it snow.
