Thought it would be fun to start a thread on everyday things we do here and there to our beloved Subarus. The weather is getting nicer, so I'm sure we will all be outside more tinkering on our cars.

Today has been a busy day for me! Got my Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 tires in yesterday from Tirerack for the Sti and had them mounted and balanced today by a real cool guy off of Nasioc. If anyone wants his info in the PNW PM me. He runs a legit business out of his home doing tire stuff n such, for a really good deal. But let me tell ya, these tires are STICKY!!! They pick up gravel everywhere but they are SOOOoo nice! It feels like a different car

When I got back from joyriding the STi in it's new tires, I washed the Forester (for the second time this week) and finally got around to hand waxing it. Looks pretty, but boy is there a lot of bumps and bruises on it!

What did you guys do to the subarus today??

Took her to the hockey game last night. Watching the game from a Suite, with free pizza, wings, beer, pretzels, cookies, and candy…makes the fact that the Hershey Bears SUCK this year irrelevant.

After the game, on the way home, hit the gravel and snow on the lot next to our docks at work and showed my buddy (in the car with me) some powersliding.

A little mud up the sides and on the mirrors adds character to her.

I pretty much have added what I wanted except for one item....a new grill.
Just waiting for it (any day now....) and I will install it.
Think it will make it look pretty sweet!

Just wanted to say thanks to this forum that inspired me and gave me more ideas for upgrading!

Not today, but last weekend I loaded up my new Aero crossbars with 2x4s for a weekend project. Not very exciting to y'all, maybe, but I haven't been able to bring home lumber since I got the vehicle, and I got about 10 2x4x10' sticks. I watched the crossbars to see if they were overflexed, but they looked fine, and of course I tied everything down well.
