Right Hand Drive Parts

I have a 2003 Forester XT and it's a right hand drive vehicle. I live in Jamaica and purchased it straight off the boat from Japan. Jamaica, part of the British Common Wealth, drives on the left side of the road.

The main problem is that in Jamaica parts are expensive and hard to come by. I'm American and travel back and forth to the states so I could easily purchase parts from the U.S. The problem I have is two fold: one my 2003 XT - turbocharged is 2.0 L flat-4, producing about 210 hp whereas the U.S XT came out in 2003 in the United States as a 2004 model. The U.S. XT model features a 2.5 L turbocharged engine. producing 230 hp. Second is the difference between the right hand drive vs. left hand drive vehicles. My question is, "Is there a Subaru web site I that sells (describe) parts by VIN number; or a site that distinguish parts by VIN numbers"? I need to know if parts I seek to purchase in the U.S. will work in my vehicle. Obviously many engine and chassis parts won't work but others will.

Come to Jamaica and feel alright!

Keep in mind that Australia is also RHD, and such you can source parts from there as well :)
