I ordered these for my 2013 Forester XT Touring. By mistake I ordered 2 and they come in pairs so I got 4 of the LEDs. I had 2 of them installed this morning at a local shop since they have a lift and it made the job less than 10 minutes to do. They look great.

Is the turn signal light in the side mirrors a 194 for a 2008? Any current coupon codes?

Thank you

So a bulb that gives better ground coverage while blending with the low beams better and thus eliminating the unlit zone is bad?

Not seeing your logic... but alright.

do you know what the function of a fog lamp is? Sharpest possible cutoff is a pre-requisite.

Guys, we are simply offering a product here. There is a whole world of internets out there for you to discuss fog light cutoffs. Please respect our support of the site by keeping your individual discussions elsewhere. Thanks!

Paul

I'm well aware of the function of a fog lamp, and considering that unless you rewire things they're on automatically with your low beams.
So quite frankly the sharp cutoff of a fog light is nearly rendered useless in heavy fog since your low beams will be causing glare... keeping you from fully using the fog light's output.

These LEDs, which are advertised as a cosmetic modification, effectively convert your fog lights to a hybrid driving light without the sharp cutoff or sometimes excessive side coverage. For day to day use in the majority of North America, thats great. They become an effective element in the low beam headlights of all those people driving around with their fog lights on constantly for no apparent reason other than "it looks good".

I'm sorry guys, but in order to keep this on-topic and keep our thread clean, we will be removing any off-topic posts. You can PM if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Very good point! Jeez though, alot of complainers in this thread, these guys look like they are offering some good stuff, if you don't want it dont buy it. Anyways.. how are HID's in foglights? I have 6k low beams, but i can't tell if HID's for the fogs would be too much blinding people and what not; im sure they look purdy though.

Thank you for your comment! I don't think you would have to worry about the Fog light HIDs blinding people. The lenses are usually pointed down to the ground so as to not blind other people.
