Missing Parts from recent order...

I recently ordered about $130 worth of parts from your site and due to insufficient packaging, a few of them fell out of the box. What recourse do you offer? I really need the parts ASAP to get my car back together.

My order number is 1161858 placed on 1/15/13. It just arrived minutes ago.

I am missing the following items:

Orofice A

Clip, type 3 Black....I ordered 11 but 3 were missing. (part # 59122FA010)

The NUT to secure the rear wiper arm to the lift gate. I received the arm, cushion and cover. I just need the NUT.

Thank you for your assistance. Be advised that the box also contained a fender liner, and it appears that whomever packed it, just threw the smaller items in the box with no additional packaging; no bubble wrap or even packing paper to secure the items and only single pieces of tape on the outside. The flaps weren't even secured. The bottom flap of the box tore open and these items fell out. I don't know if you drop ship or not but at least you can take this issue up with your shipper and file a claim. There were FRAGILE stickers on the outside of the box but the lack of packaging on the inside and the lack of securing the box on the outside didn't help either.

Thanks, I saw that after I posted it. They are east coast and I'm west coast so I will have to call tomorrow.

I called them and left a message and I sent an email. This is my first order with them, is anyone familiar with this company? Is this a one man operation and he is just on vacation? Or is this an actual dealership? If so, what dealership?

Based on the information I found while adding them to the forum's "Visualized" map, that website is run by Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville, NY
