They all came off of the same CNC machine, and from the same .dwg file. Nothing is fool-proof of course, but i'd tend to think it was more differences in each application causing the issue. I bet if i tried to be less "perfect" with the lip's tolerance to the top of the hood hinge, there would be zero issues. Sorry you guys are having to touch these up.

They showed up today! Canada Post was fairly quick for a change...
they look great, I'll install them as soon as I've got a free half hour, hopefully this weekend. Props to GarageXTi for labelling them as "Commercial Sample", NO DUTY!
