Shipping Policy

In early January 2011 the forum staff surveyed all our Supporting Vendors in order to obtain a statement of their shipping policies. Since most if not all of them are located in the US and this is an international forum, we felt it important that all our members have an understanding of the situation they might encounter in attempting to purchase from these vendors. You can see a summary of all the responses at this post in the Dealer/Vendor Reviews Forum, and each vendor's specific response is in a sticky thread at the top of the vendor's own forum.

In order to insure a fast and safe delivery we use FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products. If the merchandise you purchase is in stock, it is usually shipped within 24-48 hours, after which its delivery can be tracked through the FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS websites. Some of our custom products may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled before they are shipped out. For these types of products the following formula applies:

Please NOTE: If the billing address you provide is not on file with your credit card company, it might cause unnecessary delays. Please make sure that you clear this with your company before submitting the order. All deliveries require customer signature.

* Shipments to HI, AK, PR, APOs, & Canada might require extra shipping charges. International shipping quotes will be e-mailed to the customer before the credit card is charged. Feel free to request an international shipping quote before placing an order. If you would like special shipping arrangements please email or call us at 1-800-505-3274.

** Shipments to Canada are treated as all the other international shipments. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all the applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees imposed on the import shipments by the Canadian government. - SHIPPING
