Default I might be coming back to a forester...Q's?

Hi guys and gals. i'm looking to sell the 08 STi to pick up another FXT.

looking at a FXT with leather. i'm confusered on what the major differences between the 09's and 10's. are there any major differences that i would want one over the other? been looking around here but cant seem to find any real answers.

or if anyone in SD has a 10 FXT limited and wants to trade for an STi let me know :)

Tom

No major differences between the two, really.

New for 2010s
New for all 2010 models (not just Forester), Subaru is using major 'Option Packages' to equip cars. These are factory-only upgrade packages available on appropriate models.
For example - the All Weather Package (was standard on 09 Premiums) is now Option Package (#02) on the 2010 Premium, so not all Premiums will have it, but it was standard on all 09 Premiums (except for the very first few months production). So should we call this new base Premium without the All Weather Package a 'Premium Lite'

New all models, overhead Map Lights get 'Door Open' switch (light fades off).
New 2.5X Premium gets a 10way power seat with power lumbar
New Navigation now includes Bluetooth (Navigation is Option Package #10, available on Limiteds only)
New Paprika Red Pearl (was on 08/09 Imprezas is you want to see it)
New Camillia Red now with Platinum interior (not off black anymore)
Gone Topaz Gold Metallic

According to Subaru Research Site- specs, prices, invoice, options, 2010, 2009, 2008....

You thinking of doing anything crazy with it or making parts for it?

If your curious, PIA here is WA bought a wrecked 08 STi and swapped everything onto an 09 XT.

I know... I'm not even sure where that car ended up. The most recent owner here tried to sell it for such a long time. Don't know if he ever did, but it was kinda sad to see this car go from one of the most coveted XTs on this forum to something that slipped into oblivion. Heck, it was even owned by a real celebrity for a while!

yup tell me about it... i talk to Pat all the time(-W- drummer i sold the car to) we both say we should have kept it. it went to someone in bakersfield. then someone back east Georgia i think. i get an email from the latest owner every once in a while asking some questions.
