Default best way to clean rear defogger window?

My 06 FXT came with the rear defoggers, and today while the sun was behind me as I drove, I noticed some kind of weird build up, it looked like i had white rain on the inside of my window, and it dried up, very weird. Any suggestions on the safest way to clean this? I have stoners invisible glass, the tint safe stuff, and I dont want to damage the defogger strips because these things are amazing and defog the window within 2 minutes, please help, thanks everyone

The printed defogger wires are not that fragile & should be fine as long as you don't use a scrub pad on it. I clean mine like the rest of the windows...:)
