Is there a Grabber AT2 shortage?

I ordered (from a local Discount Tire) a set of 4 last week, local DT has had 3 of them since Wednesday with no ETA on the 4th tire.
There have been other problems I encountered with this DT, just wondering what is going on as I get no answers from them.

I know that it's not uncommon. I waited until there was a fresh shipment before ordering mine. I still got the last four. They only get small orders and they seem to go very quickly. Good luck. FWIW, you'll LOVE them.

Thing is, I NEED tires. I expected to wait a week, now I just keep getting more days added to the timeline. I probably should have stuck with Tires Plus.

i just got some grabbers in a 205/75/15 size up here in michigan. i called all over for a week and no one had them. finally belle tire (which i think i regional) had some they could order from a private stock. i got 5 had them for a week and love them. great on everything, even got a little snow today to play in.

when i was calling around everyone said they were on national backorder and production wasnt going to start for a couple months, so good luck, theres bound to be a set sitting somewhere out there.

ps. the place i got them from (belle tire) got them from a private supplier in arizona, so maybe you could call them and have them shipped to you.

I should have been more clear, I did not order them online. I don't want you to think I am blaming you for this, lol. The breakdown in communication is with my local DT. This probably wouldn't even be such a big deal if it wasn't for the poor cs I received from them with a set of 4 different tires I had put on our LGT last weekend.

215/65r16 is the size I paid for with them though.

General is closed weekends so I can not check availability with them until Monday. Looking at my system though, this model/size does not appear on back order and we actually have stock available through us via mail order at Discount Tire Direct. I suggest calling the store you made the purchase through and speaking with the store manager about the delay as well as the poor customer service you received last week. Our number one goal is our customers complete satisfaction and when we fall short we want to know about it. Send us a PM if you have any further communication issues.
