Oh for sure, Something you may be able to fix and get it up and running in no time...

PS: Yeah, heading South like from Stead and the North Valleys area.

Wow man I'm sorry it's been months haha. Somewhere in my thread is a little break down on how I did it but all the information I got was gathered from this awesome tutorial.

Is that All Wheel Drive or 4x4? I've been wanting a van for a long time, both for sleeping in the night before a fly fishing trip and transporting dirt bikes.

Subar-oooo

It's been a long time since I've been back here! I sold my van about six months ago as it was just overkill for how little I was able to drive it. I recently picked up a 1996 Subaru Impreza Outback MT with 252k miles for a grand. Figured it'd need some love but was more than happy to have AWD again. It needed headgaskets right away (surprise surprise) which was fine, I knew it wasn't going to be perfect. So I dropped $2800 for HGs, timing belt, and water pump. I've driven it about 500 miles since then but still smelt oil burning so I took it back in, one of the headgaskets is leaking again! Along with my power steering pump now. Needless to say, a little frustrating, but the thing I'm having the hardest time with is finding good forum info on how-to's, DIYs, and tutorials. So basically I just wanted to stop by and say thanks to this forum and all you magical people out there who supply other with a plethora of knowledge, help, and support. I'll get Ralph up and running good someday. Cheers!
