Made this today. Very handy. I can adjust each pulley individually with a ratcheting wrench before locking down with the set screws. Sockets are 3/8 drive deep 17mm wedged onto the cam pulley bolts with three layers of electrician tape for a snug fit. Once locked up I can't move the pulleys at all.
