I have one of the rebate forms printed out, but I had to register my '09 for their Quaker State warranty to get to the print page. I think Wal Mart sells the 5 qt jug for about $21?

If you don't want to register your vehicle for the warranty stuff, but want the rebate, use the link at the bottom of the Quakerstate page. "I do not want to sign up for the warranty, but I would like the rebate." to get the rebate form.

Added the rebate only link here.

Picked my 5qt jug up last night, $20.57 + $1.47tax at Wal-Mart.

Any thing with a rebate I always ask for a second copy of the receipt.

In many areas, their stock some times varies by region, as with most big box stores. Here are the flavors the Ultimate Durability is available in. The 0w20 was not available at my closest store.

Be careful guys that you don't get burned by purchasing the 5 qt. jug. My Ultimate Durability rebate says "purchase 5 quarts". Down in the fine print it also says "Specialty and Value Packs not included".

FWIW, not sure if the value jugs qualify.
