Waiting for the 2015 Forester to come out

Thought about Subaru vehicles for a while, but lost hope after the early 00's rally car look went away. The new Forester is moderate looking but has impressed me in overall looks, function and performance.

I can't wait to see what the 2015 Forester comes with.

I already have a list of "improvements/mods" and I have not even bought one yet. I basically want it to corner like a race car since it already had the performance of one.

When I purschase one this will be my first Japanese vehicle that I will own.

I would guess that since Subaru came out with 2 new engines and re-engineered the body to succesfully pass the new "small overlap frontal crash test" I wouldn't expect much body change (or engine change). CVT exists and XT will not have a manual.

Be careful what you wish for.

Given the success of the '14 in its short life, I think only small tweaks will be implemented: probably down model offering of eyesight and xmode. If past is any indication, more substantial tweaks will come in 16-17, suspension changes, etc.

I agree, I don't see anything significant changing for '15

I've decided to wait for the 2015 Forester. Gives me something of interest while enduring this brutally cold Michigan Winter.
