"Note: For this mod you must have the wheels with the full weight of the car on them. If you don't do this there will be force and weight on the sway bar and you can get hurt taking it off."

But then I guess you didn't! And that intercooler looks great BTW!

I have done numerous projects involving disconnecting and removing of the rear swaybar while the car is lifted off the ground. I have never had an issue with the swaybar having any pressure on it that would be dangerous. The swaybar has enough travel to rotate forward and have a bit of slack on the endlinks. However It is probably easier to do such jobs as changing endlinks and installing LLWS kits while the rear wheels are on ramps and the vehicle's suspension is sitting at ride height. But always take the proper pracautions when doing any projects. And it is always a good idea to follow the scooby mod instructions.
