Had to re paint it was a bit light for me. Put a whole new can on it.

one question where does the top piece bolt to

It bolts into the lower hole on the radiator support.

No, you don't have to take out the radiator.

The notch in the grille doesn't have to be large. We eyeballed the location by installing the light bar and then loosely setting the grille in place. Mark the cuts with a pencil, and trim with a razor knife. I think you'll need to trim a little bit of the bumper too.

****... I forgot to send out hardware with the kit. Sorry about that man. Go to any hardware store and get som 3/4 in self drilling screws (tech screws) And the tab mounts to the radiator support, which you have pictured.
