I love what you do lilFORESTer! I would like a light bar like your's. It seemes to be very usefull.
In France, where I live, it's impossible to find something like that and very very hard to try to do one

To everyone who has shown interest, it is greatly appreciated. I have contacted everyone who has pmed me about having one made, but in case I left anyone out, I am in the process of moving at this time, so it is near impossible to work on any.

Once I move into my new place, around the 16th of August, I will be hard charging to get them made and shipped out.

Was your car up on a car-lift, in order to have enough clearance under the front to drill up through the plastic into the aluminum bumper beam? Are there air bag system sensors in the beam that have to be avoided?

It was on the ground when I installed it. You actually dont even need to drill the holes in the front facia. When I installed Arthrogrian19's bar for him (the prototype bar) I just screwed it in at an angle from behind the front lip.

And to everyone who has been waiting, I have finally got all my affairs in order and am ready to start making the light bars this weekend.

If there is any interest at this point, other than those who have already been in contact, drop me a pm and we can go over specifics.

PS. The red things behind the grill are Hella Supertone Horns... You need them!

To everyone who has been requesting a light bar...

I have been working 275 miles east of my house at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation for the past month, to which Arthrogrian19 can attest , takes quite a bit of life out of you. I have not been able to get time enough to even pick a piece of aluminium up, let alone make anything. From the looks of things, my part of the job will be over by wednesday of this upcoming week. Nikoncanon, Warf Rat and Kimosabi have first dibs on thiers, and I greatly appreciate all of your patience with me.

Nikon, If you are looking for any specific pics, let me know and I can get those to you.

Ok, I have a 4 lightbar all fabbed up and ready for paint, just need a buyer. The guy I was making this for is non responsive (after all his messages too) Its for an 06-08 Foz. PM me.
