Default Finally I can be the first one on a gallery thread.

OEM Forester XT Gauges bought on Ebay for $150 brand new, and $60 for the housing. Turbo gauge work great for Forester XS only thing is I have no boost only engine vaccum.

ENJOY!!!!!

Made my own faceplate out of lexan & painted it flat black.
Bottom of the clock mount was also trimmed slightly to make the gauge area a hair taller.
Gauges shown are Autometer 2601, 2645 & 2615 (I've since replaced the 2615 with a 2640; the mechanical gauges are a PITA).
Also replaced the gauges incandecent bulbs & condoms with Autometer green LED bulbs #3285.
The green LEDs are a deeper green, but are closer to the dashboard green than the bulb w/condom setup.
The LEDs also dim properly when using the brightness control.

It's the display for the TurboXS DTEC-BC Boost Controller:
http://www.turboxs.com/shop_prod.php?what_category=1

I'm currently just using it for boost control with the gear-based function, but I plan on getting the intake air temp sensor soon so I can monitor that as well on the Gameboy. It's a fun toy to play with

Oh, and I forgot to mention, the gaugepod also functions as a perfect observation platform for The Duck's mascot:

It's an OEM Subaru wheel with stereo controls.
Dude, don't you know by now?
Subaru doesn't market the cool toys here.

Factory pod
Custom fitted VDO’s
The water temp gauge actually measures tranny and engine oil temp. I installed a switch for the two inputs.
