From the beginning....you and them damn Subzero's have just been smokin. I own a set of SSR's(2nd post in this thread).....cuz I'm a weight weenie...but I just pulled the trigger on a set of these Subzero's....cuz I just dig em......and they look great on a black XT.
So....consider yourself officially ripped off  Only difference is that I'm sitting on FSTI springs....so I'm not as dumped as you......yet. I'll consider ripping that off at a later time. I'll post pics when I get em mounted. Oh...and what tire size are you sportin there ? They look like a 45 profile ? but it's also tuff to tell with the small fender gap. 8)

What color did you get? On black the three best colors would be Royal Steel Gray, Royal Silver, or Royal Black with the polished lip. Enjoy the new wheels! SnowMan is correct, in fact I took his lead on the 245/45/17 tires. They are a tad heavier, but it puts a lot more rubber on the ground. SnowMan and I also have the Borla Hush, I wanted to ask if you have bad droning issues? I do not see an aftermarket downpipe listed, so I am assuming it is much quieter stock DP than High Flow or no cats. I love the tone, but it sure can be loud and attention grabbing. |

Well....I can't say that I have over the top dronning issues...but yeah...I still have the stock DP. And the TXS DP that I will be putting in...is a huge cavern of a DP as it is.(see: it ain't quiet !) I am preemptively going to be wrapping the poop out of the DP...along with a turbo blanket+heat shield for the 20G....and I'm hoping that decreases noise potential...at least little. My biggest beef right now..is the intake. I can't stand the noise from that thing. I've already insulated the fender well....and it's quieted down a good bit...but not enough. I have one more trick up my sleeve to try and make it tolerable. My goal of having a neck snapping Wagon...that sounds civilized from the interior...is either A: Not going to happen or B: Cost lots of scratch  Oh....I ordered Silver Subzero's as well. :D
